Throughout my workflow, there are two people generally involved in the process, a first-tier reviewer and a second-tier reviewer.

I am attempting to track these reviewers on a per-record basis (outside of the activity log).

It would be nice if I can update a person data field with the "Current Assignee" so that as it changes hands, the appropriate person would be entered into the field.
