It would be nice for the csv upload to properly parse currencies:

For example, when someone is mentioned, send a slack message.

Tasks should have, at minimum, an ability to ask context/information. Due dates would also be beneficial. Example: Record enters a new stage with a set list of tasks. Should be able to set due dates of "Task due X # of days" from when record entered that stage.

In certain stage transitions, we would like to make users enters a new comment.

For larger workflows, the ability to navigate around the workflow, outside of the thumbnail in the top right corner.
